    There isn't much to choose from in Marshalltown as far as apartments go. Southern Hills is a decent place, but just a little outdated. You won't really find anything "new" in town so you kind of just have to work with it. Management is really good at maintaining the area and fixing any issues that may come up. I haven't had any bug problems, but they regularly come around and check in each of the buildings. You can have a gas grill, which is a huge plus. Apartments are spacious enough, but they rarely have any openings and if they do, they usually go fast, so don't hesitate if you know you want to move in. Garages are extra, but can fit a car, bike, and a bunch of other stuff. I know some people have tried putting a truck in their garage with little luck, so be aware of that. Tenant pays electricity, gas, cable, and internet.

    I will never use this firm again! Hired for a specific job "contempt on ex" and I ended up going 2 jail. To top it off, attorney told department of human resources (state agency) that they were not taking involvement after the representation was for me 2 call them every few days for a response.

    My father had a workman's comp case with Joanie. She was very helpful with him and made him understand the process and she know the laws of iowa very well. Joanie was always willing to talk to him when he called and asked questions. She also understood that he was never going to be able to work again and knew how much he was going to miss that part of life. She was very compassionate and made you feel like you were apart of her family.
